A space to grow, heal, and feel seen
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, understanding your story, and creating space for growth at your own pace.
Together, we’ll work through the challenges that feel heavy, nurture the parts of you that need care, and help you find balance, clarity, and confidence in your everyday life.
I’m So Glad You’re Here
Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Bloom Within LLC. I try to create a space where people can show up as they are, take a breath, and feel understood without pressure or judgment.
I see clients both in person in Ashwaubenon/Green Bay and via telehealth across Wisconsin, and I currently have openings for adults.
When things feel overwhelming, you don’t have to hold it alone
-Lets Talk About It-
Mental Health Therapy for Adults
Bloom Within LLC is a collaborative space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and develop tools that support growth and balance.
-
Individual Therapy
In-person sessions offer a private, comfortable space where you can step away from daily distractions and focus fully on yourself. This dedicated time allows for deeper reflection, meaningful conversation, and a supportive environment to work through whatever feels heavy, stuck, or uncertain.
-
Telehealth
Virtual sessions make it easier to prioritize your mental health in the middle of a full life. You can show up from your own space, settle in comfortably, and still experience meaningful, connected therapy as we work through whatever feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck.
-
EMDR
EMDR helps identify and reprocess negative core beliefs formed from past experiences, such as feeling not good enough, unsafe, or unworthy. By targeting these beliefs at their root, EMDR supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs and a greater sense of confidence and emotional freedom.

We are considered out-of-network providers, which means we are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, some people have more out-of-network benefits than they realize when it comes to mental health!
If you’re interested in using out-of-network benefits, we encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
• Does my plan offer out-of-network coverage for mental health services?
• What is my annual deductible for mental health benefits?
• What is my co-insurance (the percentage my plan will reimburse)?
• Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered each year?It can also be helpful to ask how your insurance company prefers you to submit Super Bills. Bloom Within can email monthly Super Bills to all clients for their own reimbursement submissions.
Our online system accepts any payment method that functions like a credit or debit card, including most HSA and FSA cards.

Therapy works best when there are clear professional boundaries in place. If we already have a personal relationship (friends, family, coworkers, or social connections), it may not be appropriate for me to provide therapy services due to ethical guidelines and the importance of maintaining a confidential and unbiased therapeutic space.
If this situation comes up, I’m always happy to help connect you with a trusted referral so you can still receive the support you’re looking for.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots specifically for college students. Availability is limited and may vary throughout the year. If you’re a college student seeking support and cost feels like a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss current openings.
